Keep Your Maintenance and Support Agreement Current

On the initial purchase of FrontRange Solutions' products, customers are required to purchase a Maintenance and Support Agreement that is good for one year. If your initial contract has expired, be sure to optimise your user experience by renewing your support agreement.

The benefits of staying current with your Maintenance and Support agreement:

  • Telephone support - Toll free number between 8:00 to 17:00 on 0800 009 111
  • Email support requests - Send support requests via email to sasupport@frontrange.com and receive a response within 1 business hour
  • Access to www.support.frontrange.com - Includes knowledgebase that is used by FrontRange technicians worldwide, Support News board, and a Drivers and Dowloads section
  • Access to product updates for term of agreement - Update products online via online product upgrade registration
  • Access to Maintenance Renewal team - Via phone or email
